- Update cache:
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download(stop update services first). - Temp files:

LocalCacheunderAppData\Local\Packages.
Flow
- Open Storage Sense or Disk Cleanup, check system files, and run once.
- As admin, pause Windows Update/BITS, delete Download, then restart services.
- Use third-party tools to sweep browser/WeChat/game update packages, clean after confirming whitelists.
- Empty Recycle Bin, reboot, and verify updates, drivers, and common apps.
